SHIPPING Artwork and Cushions

After receiving your Artwork order, each item is printed, hand-framed and packaged. Your artwork will arrive ready to hang with cord and D-rings. Cushions are locally made and stock is on hand but due to COVID delays - cushions may have a waiting period. On purchase an email will be sent to advise.

• Shipping is FREE Australia-wide.
• We cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.
• All parcels require a signature on delivery (if you request ‘authority to leave’ then Left Bank Art     Group and TamlynG is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.)
• All art is sold on a made-to-order.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, you will be provided with tracking once dispatched. All orders are dispatched from the Left Bank Art Group workshop based in Southport Queensland.

If you require by a specific date please ensure this is specified so we can work with you to achieve this, however this cannot be guaranteed.

We will keep you updated when your order has been dispatched, you can track your order through the following ways:

1. The shipping confirmation email we send you with your tracking info and carrier information.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order. Cushions with faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery.  All damaged products remain your responsibility  unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit.

Remember, good things take time.

CARE and CLEANING

Please follow the care instructions inside your cushion. For further information contact us at admin@tamlyng.com.au. All material has been pre-washed so if shrinkage occurs it is because you have not followed the care instructions. Warm iron inside out and please use a phosphate free detergent.
