GIFT CARD POLICY

  • This voucher is valid until six months from the date of purchase

  • One voucher per person

  • Not valid with any other offer or discount

  • Not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.

  • Valid for a single transaction only.

  • This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

  • Non-transferable.

  • Not redeemable for cash.

  • May not be sold or transferred.

  • The terms and conditions of this gift card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of TamlynG and shall be binding on the customer.

  • No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.

  • No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers

These terms are in addition to TamlynG Terms of Service, and except as explicitly stated, the TamlynG Terms of Service apply in full to purchasers of gift cards. All capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the TamlynG Terms of Service. Nothing in these Gift Card Terms shall be construed to amend or contradict the TamlynG Terms of Service unless explicitly stated. 

Redemption

Gift cards, online vouchers, may be purchased on the Website, and can be claimed by Australian residents.  Gift cards may only be applied toward the purchase of eligible experiences on the Website. Gift card purchases are deducted from your gift card balance. If a purchase exceeds your existing gift card balance, the remaining amount due must be paid with another method through our onlIne payment platform.

It may take up to 48 hours for your gift card code to become active in our system.

Limitations

Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

Gift cards can only be purchased by or gifted to individuals in Australia

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Risk of Loss

You should treat gift cards like cash. The risk of loss and title for gift cards are on the purchaser. TamlynG is not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

Fraud

TamlynG reserves the right to any remedy, including refusal to issue or honour a gift card, in the event of suspected fraud. We have the right to close or act if we believe a gift card is fraudulently obtained, redeemed, or used to make purchases on the Website.

Severability

No waiver by TamlynG of any term or condition set out in these Gift Card Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of TamlynG to assert a right or provision under these Gift Card Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Gift Card Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Gift Card Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Products or Services

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
